Peter & Stephan both started their companies back in 1996 as sole proprietors. In 2005, Stephan and Peter decided to merge businesses since both were busy with contract requests from builders, contractors, and homeowners alike. Their business philosophy and practices were similar, and both agreed that they wanted to set a precedent in the industry by treating their customers with respect, being professional, honest, dependable, and reliable. All qualities that were lacking in the industry, at the time, from their own personal experiences.
